Ushbu tadqiqot ishida IP huquqlari keng muhokama qilinadi, raqamli kengayish, jumladan, elektron tijorat va oqim xizmatlari IP huquqlarini buzish xavfini oshirishi va samarali himoya choralarini global iqtisodiy barqarorlik uchun hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega qilishiga urg’u beradi. Qiyosiy huquqiy tahlil orqali ushbu bo’lim Rossiya ham, Yevropa Ittifoqi ham O’zbekistonga qaraganda kuchliroq majburlash choralarini qo’llaganligini ko’rsatadi. Bu O’zbekistonning IP qonunlarini takomillashtirishning potentsial sohalari haqida tushuncha beradi. Shuningdek maqolada huquqni muhofaza qilish masalalari, xususan, raqamli IP huquqbuzarliklarini hal qilish bo'yicha aniq huquqiy ta’riflar va ko’rsatmalar yo’qligi muhokama qilinadi. Bu jazolarni qo’llashda nomuvofiqliklarga olib keladi, bu yurisdiksiyalar bo’ylab keng tarqalgan muammo bo’lib, lekin rivojlanayotgan raqamli iqtisodiyotlarda ayniqsa dolzarbligi ko’rsatiladi.
