Abstract

Ushbu maqola stressning inson hayotidagi o'rni, uning kelib chiqish sabablari va salbiy oqibatlarini tahlil qilishga bag'ishlangan. Shuningdek, unda stress bilan kurashishning turli yo'llari, shu jumladan psixologik, fiziologik va ijtimoiy usullari o'rganiladi. Maqolada samarali stressni boshqarish usullari, ularning afzalliklari va amaliy qo'llanilishi misollar bilan ko'rsatib beriladi. Stress bilan kurashishda individual yondashuv muhimligi va o'z-o'ziga yordam ko'rsatishning roli ham ta'kidlab o’tilgan.
