Abstract

Kranioserebral travmalar og‘ir neyroxirurgik muammolardan biri bo‘lib, suyak-miya bar’yerining buzilishi, diffuz aksonal shikastlanish va boshqa patologik jarayonlarni rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Kallaning posttravmatik suyak defektlari bemorlarning hayot sifatiga jiddiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi hamda estetik, nevrologik va funksional asoratlarni yuzaga keltiradi. Kranioplastika ushbu muammolarni bartaraf etishda muhim rekonstruktiv operatsiya hisoblanib, uning muvaffaqiyatli o‘tkazilishi jarrohlik amaliyotiga, reabilitatsion tadbirlarga va biomateriallar tanloviga bog‘liq.

Ushbu maqolada og‘ir travmatik bosh miya shikastlanishi oqibatida rivojlangan posttravmatik-postrezeksion suyak defekti mavjud bo‘lgan bemorga o‘tkazilgan allokranioplastika operatsiyasi tafsilotlari yoritiladi. Zamonaviy 3D modellashtirilgan implant bilan alloplastika qilish suyak defektlarini aniq moslashtirish, operatsion vaqtdan samarali foydalanish va bemor hayot sifatini yaxshilash imkonini beradi.
