Maqolada endoskopik transforaminal va interlaminar diskektomiya usullarining klinik qo‘llanilishi, afzalliklari va cheklovlari tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu miniinvaziv yondashuvlar umurtqalararo churralarni samarali davolash, operatsiya vaqtini qisqartirish va bemorlarning tezroq tiklanishini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
Transforaminal diskektomiya asosan lateral va foraminal churralarda qo‘llanilib, to‘qimalarga kam travma berishi va umumiy anesteziyaga ehtiyoj sezmasligi bilan ajralib turadi. Interlaminar diskektomiya esa katta hajmli markaziy churralarda qo’llanilib, nerv ildizlarini yaxshiroq vizualizatsiya qilish imkoniyatini yaratadi. Bu ikkala usulning anatomik va klinik jihatlari, operatsiyadan keyingi reabilitatsiya jarayoni va uzoq muddatli natijalari tahlil qilingan.
