Abstract

The article deals with the improvement of speech competencies in future teachers. The substantiation of the relevance of this problem, a description of the principles and goals that should underlie the process of developing speech competencies in future teachers is presented. This article examines the critical role of English language pedagogy in developing professional speech competence among future teachers. It highlights the importance of effective communication skills in teaching and explores how targeted pedagogical strategies can enhance speech competence. The article discusses practical teaching methods, the integration of technology, and the role of cultural awareness in shaping future educators' verbal proficiency. By addressing these areas, the article provides a roadmap for teacher training programs to equip educators with the skills needed for successful classroom communication. With the help of training programs, a student can simulate real processes, which means he can see causes and effects, understand their meaning. The role of English language pedagogy allows you to eliminate one of the most important reasons for a negative attitude to learning - failure due to a lack of understanding of the essence of the problem, significant gaps in knowledge.
