Kuzgi bug`doyning o`sish va rivojlanish davrlarini o`rganish. Respublikamizning turli viloyatlariga ekiladigan bug`doy navlari va ularning xususiyati. Ma’lumki, undirilgan bug‘doy oziq-ovqat ishlab chmqarish sanoatida keng qo‘llaniladi. Ungan bug‘doyning suti - shakarlantirish qobiliyatiga ega bo‘lgan amilolitik fermentdan iborat bo‘ladi. Odatda uni darhol unib chiqishi bilan ishlatish zarur, aks holda u tez buziladi.
